Brendan has over 10 years of asset valuation experience with Hilco Global, providing a high level expertise of asset values. With an extensive knowledge of retail stock and fittings appraisals and valuations and having worked for all major asset based lenders, Brendan has been involved with and has a deep understanding of numerous sectors including; Retail, Food & Beverage, Electronics, Textiles, Automotive, Packaging, Cosmetics, Home Goods, Toys, Giftware, Luxury and Sporting Goods. 

Conducting over 400 appraisals in 13 countries throughout Europe and Australia, Brendan offers a unique understanding of asset values along with expertise and experience to assist HMA in valuation and optimum monetisation of asset and stock values. Brendan interacts with senior level executives of retailers, banks, receivers and administrators to provide analytical, advisory and asset valuations to help retailers define and execute their strategic initiatives.

Prior to Hilco, Brendan was a buyer for a major department store. Brendan negotiated with domestic and international suppliers and was involved in range selection, OTB expenditure, profit and sales monitoring, and promotional activity.
